水晶丹外敷治疗急性蜂窝组织炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察水晶丹外敷治疗急性蜂窝组织炎的临床效果。方法急性蜂窝组织炎患者50例,随机数字法分为观察组及对照组各25例。观察组使用水晶丹外敷,对照组使用莫匹罗星软膏外敷,两组均配合抗生素静滴治疗。比较两组患者症状缓解时间、治愈时间、治疗有效率、不良反应及血清C反应蛋白变化。结果观察组症状缓解及治愈时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),血清C反应蛋白降低幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组显效例数优于对照组,但总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水晶丹外敷治疗急性蜂窝组织炎可以显著提高治疗效果及缩短治疗时间,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ShuiJingDan external treatment of acute cellulitis .Methods Fifty pa-tients with acute cellulitis were random classified into two groups .The observation group was treated with external ShuiJingDan ,while the control group was treated with mupirocin ointment .The both groups were also treated with intravenous antibiotics .Time of symptoms remission,cure time,treatment effective rate,adverse reactions and serum CRP changes were compared between the two groups .Results In the observation group ,the symptom relief and the cure time was shorter than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The serum CRP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）,but the number of effective cases in the observation group was more than that in the control group . Conclusion ShuiJingDan external treatment of acute cellulitis can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy and shorten the treat -ment time.It is worthy of further application and popularization .
