基于德尔菲专家咨询法构建产褥期延续性护理服务方案

摘　　要：目的构建产褥期延续性护理服务方案。方法采用德尔菲专家咨询法,对18名专家进行两轮咨询。结果两轮咨询中专家的问卷回收率及建议提出率分别为85.71%、66.67%,100%、27.78%,专家的权威系数为0.858±0.079,两轮专家意见的协调系数分别为0.208和0.290。最终构建的产褥期延续性护理方案包含实施路径、实施要点以及健康指导内容三部分,共3项一级指标、14项二级指标以及27项三级条目。结论本研究专家的积极系数和权威系数均较高,专家意见的变异系数和协调系数均符合统计学的要求,形成的方案可以为开展产褥期延续性护理服务的实践及研究提供一定的参考与借鉴。Objective To construct the program of continuity in puerperium care service .Methods Eighteen experts were consulted for 2 rounds by using the Delphi method .Results The response rates and suggestion rates were 85.71% and 66.67%,re-spectively,for the first round,and 100%and 27.78%for the second round,respectively.The cooperation index of experts＇opinions was 0.208 and 0.290,respectively.The final program of continuity in puerperium care service included the actualizing path ,implementing points and health guidance which is made up of 3 first level indexes,14 second level indexes and 27 third level items,respectively. Conclusion The experts in the research are very active and authoritative .Variation coefficients and cooperation indexes of them come up to the statistical requirements .The final program can provide reference for carrying out the practice and research of continuity in pu -erperium care service .
