语言学视域下的英美意象派诗歌意象塑造分析

摘　　要：英美意象主义文学运动虽然历时短暂但影响深远,其反对英国浪漫主义文学运动晚期和维多利亚式诗歌语言含糊不清、浮华空洞的文风,提倡一种硬朗、清晰、言简意赅的现代主义风格。试图以"意象"为切入点,从语言学角度出发,从符号学的能指与所指、隐喻对实在的建构、中西思维差异对符号象征意指的影响以及"组合与系统"四个方面来分析意象派诗歌在意象塑造方面的特色及成败,以加深对意象派诗歌运动的认识,反思其留给我们的经验和教训。Despite its short life,the British and American imagist poetry movement has exerted a profound influence on later literature. It advocates a genre of tough,clear,concise modernism poetry,opposing the ambiguous,flashy and empty style in the Victorian Period and the late British romantic literature movement. By focusing on ＂image＂,this paper,from the linguistic perspective,is intended to analyze the characteristics of the image creation of the imagist poetry as well as its success and failure from four aspects： the semiotic signifier and signified,the metaphoric construction of the existence,the difference of Chinese and Western way of thinking on symbolic indication and ＂Combination and System＂so as to deepen our understanding of imagist movement and gain experience from its lessons.
