摘 要:试验旨在研究不同精料喂量对泌乳期藏母羊卵泡发育和生殖激素水平的影响。选择年龄、胎次和体况相近的泌乳期藏母羊160只,随机分为四组,每组40只,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组母羊全舍饲饲养,每天每只分别饲喂精料补充料0.50、0.75和1.0kg,Ⅳ为对照组,传统方式放牧饲养。测定各组母羊泌乳期第17天、34天血液生殖激素含量以及第34天卵巢功能周期变化。结果表明,泌乳期提高藏母羊营养水平可促进卵巢机能和卵泡的发育;其中,随着精料饲喂量的提高,母羊血液促卵泡素含量有上升趋势,血液促黄体素含量在泌乳期第17天无显著差异,而第34天试验Ⅲ组显著高于其它试验组(P<0.05)。结论:非繁殖季节藏母羊补饲精料0.5kg,泌乳期第34天,藏母羊卵巢功能活动活跃,卵巢有卵泡发育或黄体形成。This experiment aims to study the effects of different concentrate feed on follicular development and reproductive hormone during the lactation of Tibetan female sheep.160 healthy and parturient Tibetan sheep with similar age,parity time and weight were chosen,and randomly divided into 4groups,each group 40.Sheep of trial group I,ⅡandⅢ were fed in the barn during the whole experiment,providing concentrate supplement respectively 0.5kg,0.75 kg and 1.0kg per sheep every day.While the control group Ⅳ was fed with traditional grazing.The reproductive hormone of each group at 17 th and 34 th days was measured and ovary function periodic variation at 34 th day as well.The results show that high nutrition can improve the development of ovarian function and Follicles during lactation of Tibetan sheep.Among them,with the concentrate feed increasing,blood FSH of sheep has a rising trend,and LH at 17 th day of lactation had no significant difference,while group Ⅲ was significantly higher than the other three groups(P〈0.05)on the 34 th day.The drawn conclusion is that after Tibetan sheep fed 0.5kg in the non breeding season,ovarian function is active with the ovarian follicles and corpus luteum developed on 34 th days of lactation.
