摘 要:锯末和稻壳以5∶1体积混合为发酵床垫料,自动翻耙,研究两种翻耙频率和三种发酵菌剂添加量对猪舍外发酵床垫料微生物群落的影响。结果表明,发酵菌剂添加量一致时,增加垫料日翻耙次数能显著提高垫料总菌、芽孢杆菌的数量和脲酶活性(P<0.05);翻耙频率一致时,增加发酵菌剂添加量能显著增加垫料总菌、芽孢杆菌数量,提高细菌结构多样性和过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性(P<0.05),但翻耙频率与发酵菌剂对垫料微生物群落的影响并无显著互作效应。在本试验条件下,添加30g/m3的发酵菌剂、翻耙频率4次/天,能够促进垫料微生物的生长,从而加快粪污的分解。This paper discussed the microorganism inoculant level and turning frequency to obtain the better running parameter and related reference to improve the manure degradation ability in noncontact deep-litter-system.The results showed that in the same microorganism inoculants level,the number of total bacteria and Bacillus,and the contents of catalase and urease in 4times per day treatment were significantly higher than that of 2times per day treatment(P〈0.05).In the same turning frequency,microorganism inoculant could significantly increase the number of total bacteria and Bacillus,bacteria community diversity,and the contents of catalase and urease(P〈0.05).In conclusion,supplementing 30g/m3 microorganism inoculants and turning 4times per day can accelerate the decomposition of manure in noncontact deep-litter-system.
