摘 要:本研究利用三重PCR的方法对新疆犊牛源大肠杆菌临床分离株进行系统进化分群,对不同进化群的菌株进行致病性和16种药物的敏感性试验。结果:粪便样品中分离出的127株大肠杆菌中非致病群A(37.8%)和高致病群D(30.7%)菌株分布相对较多,其次是低致病群B1(18.1%)和高致病群B2(13.4%);其中腹泻犊牛源(B2+D)群大肠杆菌明显多于健康犊牛。药敏结果显示,犊牛源大肠杆菌多重耐药表型的菌株占85.0%,主要分布在3耐~7耐,其中腹泻犊牛携带的大肠杆菌耐药率高于健康犊牛,D群大肠杆菌耐药率最高,B2群耐药率最低,A群和B1群居中。结论:新疆犊牛源大肠杆菌耐药性比较严重,应受到重视。In order to understand the phylogenetic clustering and resistance characteristics of Escherichia coli in Xinjiang calf of scaled cattle farms,the triple PCR was used in phylogenetic clustering of clinical isolates of Escherichia coli in the study.Sensitivity against 16 kinds of drug was also detected in different strains from the different evolutionary groups.The results showed that 127 isolates of Escherichia coli from calf stool samples were divided into the nonpathogenic group A(37.8 %)and D(30.7 %)which were more than the lowly pathogenic group B1(18.1%)and the highly pathogenic group B2(13.4%),among which Escherichia coli(B2+D)group from diarrhea calves was higher than that of healthy calves.Susceptibility testing results showed that calf's multidrug resistant phenotype of Escherichia coli strains accounted for 85.0%,3to 7drug resistance mainly.It had higher resistance rate of Escherichia coli from diarrhea calves than healthy calves.The resistance of the strains from highly pathogenic group D was the highest and the nonpathogenic group B2 was the lowest.The study indicates that drug resistance of Escherichia coli from calves is very common in Xinjiang.
