黄连膏换药促进混合痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄连膏换药对混合痔术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法 120例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后换药予以黄连膏纱条引流,对照组术后换药予以凡士林纱条引流。观察并比较2组治疗后创面的疼痛、水肿积分及愈合时间。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组的疼痛及水肿积分较对照组低(P<0.01),治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄连膏纱条换药能够有效地促进混合痔术后创面的愈合。Objective To observe the clinical effect of gauze drainage of unguentum rhizome coptidis in promoting wound healing of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 120 patients with post-operation mixed hemorrhoid were divided treatment group and control group randomly,with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group received the ganze drawage of unguentum rhizome coptidis. The control group was given vaseline gauze drainage. The wound pain,edema and length of healing time were observed and compared between two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The would pain and edema of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of control group（P〈0.01）. The wound healing time of the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclu- sion Gauze drainage of unguentum rhizome coptidis can effectively promote the wound healing of postoperative mixed hemorrhoid.
