甲钴胺分散片加复方玄驹胶囊治疗脑梗死后勃起功能障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨甲钴胺分散片加复方玄驹胶囊治疗脑梗死后勃起功能障碍（ED）的临床疗效。方法 选择2013年1月~2015年12月在河池市中医医院神经内科门诊就诊的脑梗死后出现轻到中度ED的患者64例,随机分为研究组（轻度ED 10例,轻中度ED 13例,中度ED 9例）和对照组（轻度ED 11例,轻中度ED 12例,中度ED 9例）各32例。两组均给予血塞通泡腾片、尼莫地平片、肠溶阿斯匹林片、吡拉西坦片等常规用药,并调控血压,控制血糖、血脂。研究组给予甲钴胺分散片加复方玄驹胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为6周。以CIEF-5评分评价两组的疗效及其组间差异。结果 治疗6周后的CIEF-5评分结果显示,治疗后研究组CIEF-5评分明显提高,且高于对照组。研究组患者勃起功能有一定程度的改善,总有效率75.0%;而对照组患者勃起功能改善不明显,总有效率37.5%,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 甲钴胺分散片加复方玄驹胶囊治疗脑梗死后勃起功能障碍有效,值得进一步研究。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of methylcobalamin dispersible tablet plus compound Xuanju cap- sule in treatment of erectile dysfunction （ED） after cerebral infarction. Methods 64 patients with mild to moderate ED after cerebral infarction visited our department from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group （n=32, including 10 patients of mild ED, 13 patients with mild-to-moderate ED, and 9 patients with moderate ED） and control group （n=32, including 11 patients of mild ED, 12 patients with mild-to-moderate ED, and 9 patients with moderate ED）. Patients in both groups were given routine treatment including Xuesaitong effervescent tablet, nimodipine tablet, enteric-coated aspirin tablet, and piracetam tablet, as well as blood pressure regulation, and blood glucose and blood lipid control. On this basis, patients in the study group were given methylcobalamin dispersible tablet plus compound Xuanju capsule. The courses of treatment were 6 weeks in both groups. Effects and differences between two groups were evaluated by CIEF-5 scores. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, according to the scores of CIEF-5, the erectile function in the study group was improved, with an overall response rate of 75.0%; while the im- provement in the control group was less significant, with an overall response rate of 37.5%, showing a significant differ- ence between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of methylcobalamin dispersible tablet plus compound Xuan- ju capsule is effective in treatment of erectile dysfunction after cerebral infarction, which is worthy to be further researched.
