摘　　要：罗氏妇科根植于岭南,深受岭南文化和岭南医学的影响,传承三代,发展鼎盛,形成了具有岭南特色的中医妇科学术流派,其临证用药特色包括:1崇尚景岳,阴阳和调,主张用调补肾阴肾阳之法来调经;2调理脾肾,先后天并重;3用药轻灵,勿伤阴津,提出了间接护阴、直接护阴和综合护阴的热病护阴三法;4调理气血冲任,化瘀散结治杂病。岭南罗氏妇科流派传人在此临床用药原则的指导下,选用其经验方临证加减辨证治疗妇科疾病,取得良好疗效。Luo＇s gynecology is rooted in Lingnan and is deeply influence by Lingnan culture and Lingnan medicine. Inherited for three generations, Luo＇s gynecology has been in a period of great prosperity, forming a traditional Chinese medical school of gynecology with unique features of Lingnan. Its administration features of clinical experience include： （1） advocating Jingyue, harmonizing yin and yang, and proposing regulating menstruation and fertilization by tonifying kidney-yin and kidney-yang; （2） Regulating spleen and kidneys, and laying same emphasis on both congenital and ac- quired conditions; （3） Mild medication to protect yin fluid, and promoting three methods of yin protection in heat ill- ness, namely indirect yin protection, direct yin protection, and comprehensive yin protection; （4） Conditioning qi and blood of Chong and Ren meridians, dispersing blood stasis and eliminating stagnation to treat miscellaneous diseases. Under guidance of these clinical medication principles, successors of Lingnan Luo＇s gynecology has achieved favorable effects in treatment of gynecological diseases using their empirical prescriptions combined with modified dialectical therapy.
