微创经皮LCP钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析微创经皮LCP钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床作用。方法选取我院2013年4月-2014年8月所收治的46例四肢骨折患者，分为对照组23例（采取常规钢板固定术治疗）和观察组23例（以微创经皮LCP钢板内固定治疗）两组，比较分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后两组患者的症状均得到好转，但观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，且观察组的治疗时间及术中出血量方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论微创经皮LCP钢板内固定用于治疗四肢骨折具有一定的临床作用，能够极大地减少术中出血量缩短治疗时间，显著改善病患的临床症状，从而提升治疗总有效率。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of internal fixation using minimally invasive percu- taneous LCP steel plate on extremity fractures. Methods Forty-six patients with extremity fractures treated in our hos pital from April 2013 to August 2014 were selected and divided into the control group（n=23, receiving conventional steel plate fixation） and the observation group （n=23, undergoing internal fixation using minimally invasive pereuta- neous LCP steel plate）. Therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Symptoms were im- proved in both groups after treatment, but total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group. Additionally, the duration of treatment and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group were both superior to the control group, showing statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Internal fixation using minimally invasive pereutaneous LCP steel plate for extremity fractures has certain clinical effects, and can greatly reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, shorten the duration of treatment, significantly improve pa- tients＇ clinical symptoms, and thus enhancing total effective rate.
