摘 要:目的 对周围性面瘫患者的静息态脑功能成像进行研究。方法 随机选取我院2015年1月-2016年1月36例周围性面瘫患者作为观察组,然后再选取36例健康者作为对照组,均行MRI扫描,采集两组对象的静息态功能数据,对其脑功能采用专门的程序进行分析。结果①两组对象的不同脑区及其PCC、LSⅠ、LMⅠ、RSⅠ和RMⅠ等感兴趣区具有广泛联系,但是连接测程度和范围并不一致,有所差异。②经多重比较阈值校正,两组对象的PCC、RSⅠ和RMⅠ的功能连接比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);LSⅠ和LMⅠ功能连接差异有统计学意义。结论 在同侧大脑半球中,面部初级的感觉皮层和运动皮层和对应脑区的连接有所增强,是周围性面瘫混着静息态脑功能成像的主要表现,这些部位主要集中在和感觉与运动有关的脑区,可能和患者的感觉运动障碍的脑功能代偿具有密切联系。Objective To study the cerebral function imaging under resting state of the patients with peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Thirty-six patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected as the observation group and 36 healthy people were selected as the control group. All the patients were given MRI scanning. The functional data under resting state of the two groups were collected and specialized software was used to analyze their cerebral function. Results (1) Different brain areas of both groups were extensively linked to regions of interest such as PCC, LS I, LM I, RS I and RM I, but the connection degree and range were different. (2) Multiple comparison and threshold value comparison showed that the two groups were not significantly different in the functional connection of PCC, RS I and RM I , without statistical significance. The two groups were significantly different in the functional connection of LS I and LM I. Conclusion In the ipsilateral side of cerebral hemisphere, the connection between primary facial sensory cortex and motor cortex and corresponding brain areas enhances, which is the main manifestation of cerebral function imaging under resting state of the patients with peripheral paralysis. These positions mainly locate in sense and motor related brain areas and may be closely related to the cerebral function compensation of sensomotor disorders.
