优质护理服务模式在内眼手术中应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨优质护理服务模式在内眼手术中的应用价值。方法 将2012年5月-2015年5月入住我院的115例行内眼手术治疗的患者按照护理方法分为对照组（n=57）与观察组（n=58）,分别采用常规护理与优质护理服务模式,比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组住院时间、医疗费用及并发症发生率均显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者护理后各症状（眼痛、异物感、畏光、流泪及灼热感）评分均显著小于护理前（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,且观察组患者护理后上述症状评分也均显著小于对照组护理后（P〈0.05）;观察组患者护理后SF-36生活量表中PF、BP、GH、SF、RE及MH评分均显著高于护理前（P〈0.05）,但对照组患者护理前后SF-36生活量表各维度评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 优质护理服务模式在内眼手术中应用效果显著,应加以推广。Objective To evaluate the quality of care models, including the value of eye surgery. Methods 115 patients with routine intraocular surgery from May 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital in accordance with the methods of care were divided into control group（n=57） and observation group （n=58）, treated with conventional care and quality of care model respectively. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The duration of hospitalization, medical costs and complications were significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）; each symptom （eye pain, foreign body sensation, photophobia, tearing and burning sensation） scores of two groups of patients after treatment were significantly less than before nursing （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the symptoms scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group after nursing（P〈0.05）; SF-36 life scale in PF, BP, GH, SF, RE and MH scores of the observation group patients after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）, but the life questionnaire SF-36 dimensions scores of control group patients were not significantly different before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The model of quality care, including eye surgery application results are obvious and should be promoted.
