摘　　要：介绍了WRKY转录因子的结构特点,综述了WRKY转录因子在植物防卫反应中的作用以及在油菜菌核病防卫调控机制中的研究,在此基础上,提出了研究WRKY转录因子可能为油菜菌核病防治及抗病育种提供新的思路。The structure characteristics of WRKY transcription factor were introduced. The role of WRKY transcription factor in plant defense response and its regulation mechanism in the defense to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were studied. And the new idea for the control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and the resistance breeding of rapeseed variety was provided through the research.
