摘　　要：临床实习是医学生向住院医师过渡的重要阶段,从某种意义上讲,实习学员在实习期间扮演了无执业医师资格的住院医师角色,由于实习学员从学校出来刚踏进临床实践大门,多数人员因无临床经验和自身能力水平的限制,导致了实习学员在临床实践过程中存在很大的安全隐患。Clinical Practice is an important transitional stage,that medical students to become residents. In a sense,trainee plays the role of resident,who has not obtained a qualified practitioner during the internship.Since the trainee just left schooland entered clinical practice,most of who don＇t have clinical experience and their ability level is limited,which lead to the existence of trainee big security risk in clinical practice process.
