摘 要:高校廉政文化建设与廉洁教育在源头预防腐败发生、推动高校德育体系创新、实现高校人才培养三个方面具有目标认同性。在生态管理理论视阈下,把廉洁教育置于廉政文化生态系统之中,通过耦合同构发生聚合,发挥层次效应、内化效应、传播效应,以识别、规划、实施、评价构建联动的运行机制,达到知、情、意、行一体化,形成立体化、多层次的高校廉政文化建设与廉洁教育体系,确保二者均取得实效。Construction of clean governance and honest education in colleges and universities help prevent corruption from its origin, motivate innovations in ethical systems, and realize identification of goals in nurturing intellectuals. From the perspective of Ecological Management Theory, when honest education is put in the system of the ecosystem of clean governance, polymerization will be achieved through coupling, and effects of gradation, internalization and propagation will come into play for a combined mechanism of identification, planning, implementation and evaluation. In this way, the integration of cognition, emotion, sense and action will be realized, and a three-dimensional, multi-level clean administration culture construction and integrity education system can be formed to ensure that both should achieve tangible results.
