摘　　要：公产是行政法学的重要一环,是行政主体实施行政活动,提供公共服务的物质条件。由于长期缺乏准确的界定标准及应有的关注,公产制度一直都是我国行政法体系中的软肋。法国公产制度由来已久,理论娴熟,无论是公产的概念、范围,还是正当使用,都值得深思和借鉴,以厘清我国行政公产的基础性问题,从而对公产进行科学界定。Public property is an important part of administrative law and the material condition to carry out activities and provide public services for the administrative subjects. Due to the lack of accurate definition standard and the attention for a long term,public property system has always been a weakness of administrative law system in our country. However,the French public property system has a long history and we need to ponder and reference many things so as to clarify the basic problems on administrative public property in our country.
