摘　　要：[目的]探讨品管圈在提高手术安全核查规范执行率中的应用效果。[方法]成立品管圈组织,确立提高手术安全核查规范执行率为本期的活动主题,通过查检找出原因,并进行鱼骨图解析,得出首台手术医生未及时到位、缺乏安全核查演练培训、接台手术巡回护士未及时通知医生、核查版本不统一、Time-out未执行为要因;麻醉医生不知道规范的核查流程、核查方式不统一、督查频率低为要因,制定改进措施并实施。[结果]品管圈活动后,手术安全核查规范执行率由51.91%提高到95.5%。[结论]开展品管圈活动能明显提高手术安全核查规范执行率。Objective：To probe into the application effect of quality control circle （QCC）in improving implemen-tation rate of surgical safety verification specification.Methods：QCC organization was established,and impro-ving implementation rate of surgical safety verification specification was established as this activity theme.A search was used to find out the reasons,and then carrying out the fishbone diagram analysis,the main reasons were obtained including that first surgeon was not in place in time,the lack of security verification exercise training,then sets surgical nurses did not inform the doctor in time,verifiable version was not uniform,Time out was not performed;Anesthesiologists didn’t not know standardized verification process,the verification ap-proach was not uniform,inspection frequency was low.The improvement measures were made and to carry out. Results：After QCC,the enforcement rate of surgical safety verification specificationwas improved from 51.90%to 95.50%.Conclusion：Carry QCC could significantly improve the implementation rate of surgical safety verifi-cation specification.
