阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀对颈动脉斑块治疗作用的观察

摘　　要：目的:分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压患者颈动脉斑块的临床效果。方法:选择高血压合并颈动脉斑块患者120例,随机分成治疗组及对照组,每组各60例,对照组给予降压药物进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀联合治疗。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组患者中颈动脉斑块消失率约为21.67%,治疗12个月,颈动脉斑块消失率约占58.33%,未消失斑块大小均有所收缩;对照组颈动脉斑块治疗前共118块,治疗6个月后增加7个,增长率约为5.93%,治疗12个月后增加19个,增长率约为16.10%;对比两组治疗6个月及12个月的临床效果,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者在接受降低治疗的同时口服阿司匹林及阿托伐他汀,能够有效消退颈动脉斑块,值得进一步在临床应用及推广。Objective：To analyze joint aspirin atorvastatin clinical effect for the treatment of hypertension patients with carotid plaques.Methods：120 patients with carotid plaques were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 60 cases, control group given antihypertensive drug treatment, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of given aspirin and combination treatment with atorvastatin.Results：6 months after treatment, the treatment group patients with carotid plaques disappear rate of about 21.67%,12 months of treatment, carotid plaques 3 accounts for about 58.33%, disappear rate did not disappear plaque size shrink; The control group before carotid plaques treatment, a total of 118 pieces, Increase 7 after treatment for 6 months, growth rate of about 5.93%, increased after 12 months of treatment in 19, growth rate of about 16.10%;Compared with two groups of 6 and 12 months of clinical effect, statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：in patients with high blood pressure lowering treatment of oral aspirin atorvastatin and at the same time, can effectively fade carotid plaques, is worth further clinical application and promotion.
