肋骨骨折固定材料的应用与进展

摘　　要：背景：内固定手术治疗具有操作简单与微创化的发展趋势，越来越成为胸外伤合并肋骨骨折病例的首选治疗方法。目的：综述近年肋骨骨折时临床常用固定材料及手术操作的特点，以达到对临床工作起到一定的参考指导意义。方法：运用计算机检索国内外相关数据库，纳入与肋骨骨折内固定治疗相关文献进行分析，最终入选29篇文献。结果与结论：肋骨骨折所涉及的固定材料众多，临床医师也在材料应用及术式选择上进行了很多的探索，由有限的几种外固定材料发展为广泛应用的内置惰性金属材料和人工材料，目前各种生物活性材料也逐渐应用于，临床，手术方式也趋向于微创化。Summary： Rib fractures Involves many Fixing material,Clinicians are also a lot of material to explore the application and selection of operation on,By a limited number of external fixation materials application development for a wide range of built-inert metal materials and artificial materials,Currently a variety of biologically active material is gradually used in clinical, surgical approach also tends to be minimally invasive.This paper reviewed the clinical and surgical materials commonly used in fixed operating characteristics when rib fractures in recent years, in order to achieve clinical work play a reference guide.
