整体护理与循证护理在手术室护理中的作用

摘　　要：背景：由于手术易给患者带来较强烈的心理以及生理反应，因此对其实施一定的护理干预显得尤为重要。目的：分析整体护理与循证护理在手术室护理中的作用，为临床提供参考。方法：180例手术患者采用随机分组的方式分成2组，每组90例。对照组采取常规护理，实验组在对照组的基础上采取整体护理与循证护理，观察比较两组手术患者对护理工作的满意度以及焦虑评分。结果与结论：实验组的满意度（95．56％）显著高于对照组的满意度（77．78％）；两组手术患者焦虑评分的比较结果存在显著差异（P〈0．05）。对手术患者采取整体护理与循证护理，能够有效改善患者的心理状况，提高患者的满意度。objective： To analyze the overall care and the role of evidence-based nursing in operating room nursing, provide reference for clinical. Method： Select 180 cases of our hospital surgery patients as research object, the treated time was in June 2014 to December 2014, with the method of random grouping will be 180 surgical patients into two groups, 90 cases in each group. Control group adopted routine nursing, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of the whole nursing and the evidence-based nursing, compare two groups of surgery patients to nursing job satisfaction and anxiety score. Results and Conclusion： the satisfaction degree of the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group （95.56%） of satisfaction （77.78%）. Two groups of surgery patients anxiety score of the comparison results have significant difference, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.holistic nursing and evidence-based nursing in patients with surgery, can effectively improve the psychological condition of the patients, improve patient＇s satisfaction, is worth promoting.
