摘　　要：背景：腔内隔绝已被广泛应用于临床治疗主动脉夹层。目的：探索腔内隔绝治疗DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的临床疗效。方法：选择100例DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者，动态随机化分为观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组采用传统开腔手术治疗，观察组采用腔内隔绝治疗。对比两组死亡率、并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间。结果与结论：观察组死亡率、并发症发生率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，采用腔内隔绝治疗DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤效果显著，安全性较高。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of endovascular exclusion treatment of type A aortic dissection patients DebakeyⅢ, Methods： In our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015 100 cases admitted during DebakeyⅢ aortic dissection patients, dynamic randomized into two groups （study group and the control group）, each group 50 patients in the control group had to say with traditional surgical treatment, observation group endovascular treatment, compared two groups of mortality, morbidity, operative time, blood loss, hospital stay. Results： The mortality, morbidity, operative time, blood loss, length of hospital stay was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Endovascular DebakeyIII type A aortic dissection in patients with significant effect, and high security.
