摘　　要：目的探讨单光子发射计算机断层成像(SPECT/CT)显像中肺腺癌摄取^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2的影响因素。方法 14例经手术和病理证实为肺腺癌的患者,术前行^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2SPECT/CT检查,计算肿瘤组织与纵隔正常组织(T/M)的摄取比值,分析性别、年龄、病灶大小、肿瘤细胞分化程度等因素与肺腺癌摄取^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2的相关性。结果肿瘤病灶大小和肿瘤细胞的分化程度与肺腺癌摄取^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2密切相关(P<0.05);肺腺癌摄取^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2无明显性别和年龄差异(P>0.05)。结论肺腺癌对^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2摄取与肿瘤病灶大小和肿瘤细胞的分化程度有关,^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2摄取值高提示病灶的恶性程度高。Objective To investigate the factors influencing 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake of lung adenoearcinoma in SPECT/CT imaging. Methods The 99mTc-3PRGD2 SPECT/CT examination was performed before surgery in 14 cases, who were confirmed to be with lung adenocareinoma pathologically after operation. The 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake ratio of cancer to mediastinal normal tissues（T/M） was calculated. The relationship of gender, age, tumor size, degree of cell differentia tion and the 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake was analyzed. Results The tumor size and degree of cell differentiation were closely related to the 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake of lung adenocarcinoma（P〈0. 05）. The 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake of lung adenocarcinoma had no significant difference in the gender and age（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake of lung adenocarcinoma is closely related to the tumor size and cell differentiation. The higher value of 99mTe-3PRGD2 uptake indicates the worse malignancy.
