摘　　要：在可靠性试验中,自适应逐步Ⅱ型删失机制是Ⅰ型删失和逐步Ⅱ型删失机制的混合。Weibull分布一直是可靠性寿命试验的常用分布函数。在自适应逐步Ⅱ型删失机制下,给出分布中参数的极大似然估计,同时在样本量较小时给出boostrap纠正偏差估计量,并用数值模拟的方法验证估计结果的效果。In the reliability test, adaptive progressively type-II censoring scheme is a mixture of type-Icensoring and type-II progressive censoring schemes. Weibull distribution is widely used as lifetimesfunction in the reliability life test. The maximum likelihood estimation of the parameters under anadaptive progressively type-II censoring is given. At the same time, we introduce the bootstrap correctbiased estimator when the sample size is small and lastly consider the performance of the method beforeby the simulations.
