摘  要:以15个锥栗主栽农家品种为材料,通过3 a的调查,研究了生长与产量性状的遗传变异情况,结果表明:不同农家品种间性状变异丰富,平均变异系数为23.84%;梢长和单株产量的变异较大,变异系数分别为36.57%、35.65%;不同农家品种间地径存在显著差异(P≤0.05),树高、梢长、单株结苞数、总苞重、坚果单粒重、出籽率以及单株产量均存在极显著差异(P≤0.01);各性状间存在一定的相关性,单株产量与单株结苞数相关性最高,相关系数为0.855,单株产量与树高、冠幅、坚果单粒重相关性较高,相关系数分别为0.458、0493、0.401;各性状值标准化后排名靠前的3个农家品种为处暑红、乌榛、红仔榛,可为锥栗杂交育种和遗传作图的亲本选配提供参考。Variation of growth and yield traits was analyzed among 15 Castanea henryi cultivars for 3 consecutive years. The results showed that traits varied significantly among cultivars,with average coeffcient of variation being 23. 84%. The variations of shoot length and yield per plant were relatively large with the variation coefficient of 36. 57% and 35. 65%,respectively. The basal diameter had significant difference among different cultivars( P≤0.05),and there were extremely significant differences( P≤0.01)in tree height,shoot length,involucre number per plant,total involucre weight,per nut weight,seed rate and yield per plant.There was a considerable correlation between traits. The highest correlation coefficient was between yield per plant and involucre number per plant( r = 0. 855). The correlation coefficients of yield per plant to tree height,crown width and per nut weight were0.458,0.493 and 0.401,respectively. The 3 excellent cultivars were ‘Chushuhong',‘Wuzhen'and‘Hongzizhen'. The results of this study have provided a basis for selection of parents in crossbreeding and genome mapping.
