摘　　要：水稻矮化育种是20世纪以来中国水稻育种所取得的重大成就之一,对中国粮食增产以及保障粮食安全至关重要。综述水稻矮生性状的遗传、矮化植株的特征特性、矮化机理及矮秆基因定位克隆等方面的研究进展,并进一步分析了当前在利用水稻矮秆突变体育种中存在的问题及发展前景。Breeding of dwarf rice varieties and their wide use in production is one of the greatest achievements in rice breeding in the 20 th century. This paper reviewed the research progress on the inheritance, cloning and ecological characteristics and the mechanism of dwarfness in rice. The existing problems in utilization of dwarf germplasms and breeding of dwarf variety were also proposed in this paper. Its developing prospect was looked a head.
