摘  要:以某电厂330 MW直接空冷机组为例,采用热量法对一定供热负荷下,直接空冷机组采用抽汽供热、高背压供热、吸收式热泵供热和电热泵驱动供热4种不同供热方式的发电煤耗率、煤耗量及汽轮机热耗率等指标进行计算,并比较其节能性。计算结果表明,直接空冷机组采用高背压供热或吸收式热泵供热方式相比直接抽汽供热方式,其热经济性有较大提升,而电热泵供热方式不具有节能优势。但对高背压供热方式还需确定其运行条件。以上分析结果对指导发电厂供热方案选取及节能改造具有一定参考意义。The coal consumption rates for power generation and the steam turbine heat rates were calculated based on the heat quality method for a 330 MW direct air-cooled power unit with four heating supply schemes, using the extraction steam, the high back-pressure exhaust steam, the absorption heat pump and the electricity driven heat pump for a constant heating supply load. The energy conservation characteristics for the power unit with the four heating supply schemes were also analyzed. The calculated results showed that the direct air-cooled power unit showed higher energy utilization efficiency with heating supply using the high back-pressure exhaust steam or the absorption heat pump than that of using the extraction steam; while the heating scheme using the electricity driven heat pump showed inefficient. However, the optimal operating conditions should be searched for the heating supply using high back-pressure exhaust steam. All of the above analytical results could be reference signification for heating supply schemes selection and energy conservation reconstruction for power plants.
