摘 要:在RB功能不完善的条件下,某电厂1000 MW超超临界机组满负荷时发生1起单台给水泵的跳闸故障。处理时将机组主控切至TF模式,手动调节各主要参数,并严格执行主要参数调整不超限,防止发生锅炉MFT,稳定控制给水流量,严格控制水煤比,严防小机超速及高压加热器跳闸等控制要点,使机组负荷、调节阀开度、主汽压力等参数平稳下降,机组给水流量易于调节,顺利完成了机组负荷从1000 MW迅速减至500 MW的调节控制过程,最终使各机组恢复到正常运行状态,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。Under the condition that the RB function was not put into operation, the tripping fault of single feed water pump occured on the 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit while in full load in a power plant. By cutting to the TF mode when dealing with the masters, through manual adjustment of the main parameters, and strictly enforced the main parameters adjustment not to exceed the limit, prevented the occurrence of boiler MFT, stability controlled water flow, strictly controlled the ratio of coal to water, prevented small steam turbine speed and high pressure heater tripping etc. control points, made the unit's load, regulating valves opening, and the main steam pressure parameters decline steadily, unit feed water flow was easy to adjust, smoothly completed the controlling process that the unit load quickly reduced from 1000 MW to 500 MW, ultimately enable the unit returned to the normal operating state, ensured the safe and stable operation of the unit.
