摘  要:随着交通运输领域节能减排和轻量化需求的提高,镁合金体现出了广阔的应用发展前景.含稀土镁合金是近年来开发的新型镁合金,稀土元素在镁中具有很强的固溶强化和沉淀强化作用,可以改善镁合金组织和微观结构,提高镁合金的室温强度、高温强度和蠕变抗力,增强镁合金耐蚀性和耐热性.分析了稀土镁合金的性能特点,综述了近年来国内外稀土镁合金焊接技术(电弧焊、激光焊和搅拌摩擦焊等)的研究现状,并对稀土镁合金焊接研究方向进行了展望,可以为进一步扩大稀土镁合金在航天航空、军工和汽车等领域的应用提供技术支持.With the urgent requirement of energy-saving and light weight in transportation industries in recent years, magnesium alloy exhibits abroad development prospect in industry application. Magnesium alloy with rare earth metals is a new type alloy developed in recent years. Rare earth elements have strong solution and precipitation strengthening effects in magnesium alloys, which can improve the microstructure, increase the strength at room and high temperatures, as well as creep resistance, corrosion resistanc and heat resistance. The performance features of rare earth magnesium ailoy were analyzed,and the research situations of rare earth magnesium alloy^s welding technologies at home and abroad were summarized, including electric-arc welding, laser beam welding and friction stirring welding etc.. The foreground of welding research directions were put forward, which can provide technical supports for broad applications in aviation, military and automobile industries.
