散结乳癖膏治疗卵巢囊肿模型大鼠的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察散结乳癖膏治疗卵巢囊肿模型大鼠在治疗前后血清中促黄体生成素及促卵泡刺激素含量,客观评价其治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效,为中医药治疗卵巢囊肿提供实验依据。方法:选取雌性未孕大鼠64只,采取手术的方法造模,从中选取造模成功大鼠,外敷散结乳癖膏(高、中、低剂量),连续6周,处死大鼠,观察移植物外观测量,取血后用放射免疫法检测大鼠体内促黄体生成素及促卵泡刺激素的含量。结果:散结乳癖膏可使模型大鼠的卵巢体积缩小,同时,散结乳癖膏高、中、低剂量组促黄体生成素及促卵泡刺激素含量与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:散结乳癖膏可降低大鼠血清中促黄体生成素及促卵泡刺激素的含量,对卵巢囊肿大鼠有一定的治疗作用,为今后临床用药提供新的思路。Objective：To evaluate the effects of Sanjierupi Ointment on ovariancyst in serum model rat by observing the content of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone before and after the treatment,in order to provide experimental basis.Method：The female unfertilized 64 rats were taken,using the surgical method to select the successful model rats.The building successful rats were selected and topical application of Sanjierupi Ointment in abdominal（high,middle and low doses）,after 6 weeks,put to death in the rat,the execution of the grafts was observed and taken blood from eyes to detect LH and FSH by radioimmunoassav.Result：Sanjierupi Ointment reduced the model rat ovarian volume.At the same time,the content of LH and FSH of the high,middle and low doses group compared with the model control group,there had significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Sanjierupi Ointment can reduce the content of LH and FSH,it has certain treatment function for ovarian cyst,and it can provide new ideas for future clinical treatment.
