摘  要:目的探讨集束化营养干预方案在食管癌同步放化疗患者中的应用效果。方法 228例食管癌患者随机分成观察组和对照组,均行术前放化疗后外科手术治疗方案。对照组110例施行常规护理。观察组118例在对照组基础上采用集束化营养干预。结果观察组根治性切除率为85.6%(101/118),对照组为69.1%(76/110),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3年生存率63.6%,对照组为35.5%,观察组3年生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前放化疗配合集束化营养干预可提高根治性切除率,提高患者术后生存率。Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nutrition intervention in patients with esophageal carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods A total of 228 patients with esophageal carcinoma undergoing surgical treatment after concurrent chemoradiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group( n = 118) and the control group( n = 110). Both two groups were given conventional treatment during concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and the observation group was given additionally cluster nutrition intervention. Results The radical resection rate was85. 6% in the observation group and was 69. 1% in the control group,with a significant difference( P< 0. 05). The three-year survival rate was 63. 6 % in the observation group and was 35. 5 % in the control group,with significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with cluster nutrition intervention may increase the radical resection rate and postoperative survival rate in patients with esophageal carcinoma
