复方利多卡因乳膏对全麻超快速脱瘾治疗男患者尿道刺激症状的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全麻超快速脱瘾(UROD)治疗男性患者使用复方利多卡因乳膏对尿道刺激症状的影响。方法 60例全麻超快速脱瘾治疗患者,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组30例。所有进行UROD治疗的患者在全麻插管后2 h置入硅胶导尿管,对照组患者导尿管涂抹蜡油,观察组则涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏。比较麻醉苏醒期两组患者尿道刺激症状和躁动的发生情况。结果观察组患者麻醉苏醒期尿道刺激症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),同时其苏醒期躁动评分也显著低于观察组(1.3±0.3 vs 2.1±0.2,P<0.05)。结论复方利多卡因乳膏用于全麻超快速脱瘾治疗男性患者,能显著降低尿道刺激症状,减少麻醉苏醒期躁动,提高全麻超快速脱瘾治疗患者的舒适度。Objective This experiment aimed to study the effect of compound lidocaine cream on urethral irritation symptoms of male patients with ultra- rapid opioid detoxification under general anesthesia（ UROD）. Methods 60 male patients with UROD were randomly divided into the control group（ paraffin oil group）,the experimental group（ compound lidocaine cream group）,30 cases in each group. The silicon catheter was inserted into the patient＇s urethra 2 h after general anesthesia endotrachael intubation. Patients in the control group were conventionally given paraffin oil on the catheter,and the catheters in the experimental group were coated with lidocaine cream. We compared the occurrence of urethral irritation symptoms and restlessness between two groups of patients in anesthesia recovery period. Results The score of urethral irritation symptoms in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in anesthesia recovery period（ P〈0.05）,and its restlessness score was also markedly lower than that in the control group（ 1.3 ± 0.3 vs 2.1 ± 0.2,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream can significantly reduce the urethral irritation symptoms and restlessness in anesthesia recovery period,and also can improve the comfort of male patients with UROD.
