摘　　要：8月12日23时30分,天津滨海新区瑞海公司危险化学品仓库发生爆炸,导致多人死亡和受伤。在事故中暴露出了滨海新区政府危机预警管理中的各种问题,包括应急管理主体机构的缺位、日常信息收集不足、管理监测系统形式化等等。因此,本文从分析和总结滨海新区爆炸事故的问题和原因入手,结合网格化管理思路,从理论和实践两方面提出在滨海新区应用网格化管理来改进政府危机预警系统的建议。At 23：30 on August 12, Tianjin Binhai New Area Ruihai company hazardous chemical warehouse exploded, causing many deaths and injuries. This exposed the Binhai New Area government crisis warning management issues in the accident, including the absence of the main emergency management agencies, insufficient daily information collection, management monitoring system formalized and so on. Therefore, this article analyzes and summarizes the Binhai New Area from the explosion of the problems and causes, combining grid management ideas, recommendations in the Binhai New Area, grid management application to improve government crisis early warning system from the theoretical and practical aspects.
