摘  要:通过形态特征、生理生化特征和16S r DNA序列分析对一株分离自黄河三角洲地区沾化冬枣根际土壤的菌株PSB7进行鉴定,并对其耐盐特性和溶磷效果进行测定,为其在提高盐碱化土壤磷素利用率方面的应用提供理论依据。结果表明,菌株PSB7为土壤杆菌(Agrobacterium sp.),在5~35 g/L的Na Cl液体培养基中生长良好。PSB7具有较强的溶磷能力,在改良蒙金娜无机磷液体培养基中培养7 d后,有效磷含量达72.26 mg/L,是无菌株对照的14.54倍。在含盐量0.45%的盐碱化土壤中添加PSB7,培养40 d,土壤中的有效磷含量由68.75 mg/L增加至96.60 mg/L,比未接菌对照增加了40.5%。菌株PSB7兼具耐盐和溶磷特性,在改善盐碱化土壤肥力方面具有很好的应用前景。A phosphate-solubilizing strain PSB7 isolated from the rhizosphere of winter jujube was identified based on its morphology,physio-biochemical characters and 16 S r DNA sequence analysis,and its salt resistance ability and phosphate-solubilizing effect were also studied to provide a theoretical basis for improving saline soil phosphorus utilization rate. Strain PSB7 was identified as Agrobacterium sp. The salt resistance test demonstrated that strain PSB7 grew well under Na Cl concentration of 5—35 g / L. PSB7 could produce 72. 26 mg / L available phosphate after 7 days in the liquid tricalcium phosphate medium,which was 14. 54 times more than the control,and increase the available phosphate content by 40. 5%,from 68. 75 mg / L to 96. 60 mg / L,after 40 days in the soil with 0. 45% salinity. Strain PSB7 had both phosphate-solubilizing and salt-resistance properties,which had great potential to improve phosphorus utilization rate in saline soil.
