摘 要:以非洲菊瑞扣为材料,普通荧光灯为对照,研究发光二极管(LED)和冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL)处理对其组培苗生长的影响。结果表明:在红光/蓝光=7/3(光质比)的情况下,LED光源处理下,组培苗地下部、整株鲜质量,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量,可溶性蛋白含量及根系活力均高于其他处理;LED和CCFL光源处理下,组培苗叶长显著高于对照;在根长方面,CCFL光源处理下出现最大值,LED次之,均显著高于对照;LED和对照处理下,根数、地上部鲜质量、地下部干质量均显著高于CCFL处理;CCFL处理下,叶片下表皮气孔面积显著大于其他处理,在气孔密度方面,LED处理略显优势。综合比较,LED光源是用于非洲菊组织培养的最佳光源。The plantlets of Gerbera jamesonii var.‘Ruikou’in vitro were used as experimental materials to examine the effects of different light sources on their growths. Two different light sources were designed with light emitting diodes( LED) and cold cathode fluorescent lamps( CCFL),compared to the treatment of white fluorescent light( CK). The results showed that the indices of plantlets in vitro under the LED light source treatment were all significantly higher than other treatments,including the fresh weight of total plant and root,the content of chlorophyll a,b,total chlorophyll and soluble protein,and the root activity.The length of leaf under LED and CCFL treatments was better than that of CK treatment. The length of root under CCFL treatment was longest,and then was LED treatment. The number of root,the fresh weight of shoot and the dry weight of root under LED and CK treatments were significantly higher than that of CCFL treatment. The stomatal area of leaf epidermis under CCFL treatment was greatest. The stomatal density under LED treatment was slightly higher than other treatments. Therefore,the LED light source was the best for Gerbera jamesonii tissue culture.
