摘  要:为研究不同牡丹品种盛花期光合特性,在大田栽培条件下,测定了6个牡丹品种盛花期的光合有效辐射(PAR)、气温(Ta)、空气相对湿度(RH)、净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)等指标,并对0~400μmol/(m2·s)低光照强度下的Pn对PAR的响应曲线进行线性回归分析。结果表明:银红巧对、卷叶红、迎日红、雪塔4个牡丹品种的Pn日变化呈单峰型曲线,且无明显的"午休"现象,银红巧对的日均Pn最大,为4.28μmol/(m2·s),迎日红的日均Pn最小,为3.72μmol/(m2·s);玛瑙镶翠、白鹤2个牡丹品种的Pn日变化呈双峰型曲线,峰值均出现在11:00、15:00,且有明显的"午休"现象。6个牡丹品种叶片的Pn与PAR呈正相关,白鹤的光饱和点(LSP)最高,为621.74μmol/(m2·s),光补偿点(LCP)最低,为7.47μmol/(m2·s)。综上,6个牡丹品种的日均Pn差异较大,白鹤光合能力最强。To study the photosynthetic characteristics of flowering of different varieties of peony,photosynthetic parameters of six peony varieties including photosynthetically active radiation( PAR),temperature( Ta),air relative humidity( RH),net photosynthetic rate( Pn),intercellular CO2concentration( Ci),stomatal conductance( Gs) and transpiration rate( Tr) under the condition of field cultivation were measured. Under low light intensity of 0—400 μmol /( m2·s),the response curve of photosynthetic rate to the light intensity was analyzed by linear regression. The results showed that four varieties,including Yinhongqiaodui,Juanyehong,Yingrihong and Xueta,showed highly "single peak " curve,and without obvious phenomenon of photosynthetic midday nap. Average daily net photosynthetic rate of Yinhongqiaodui reached the maximum,which was 4. 28 μmol /( m2· s),and Yingrihong reached the minimum,which was 3. 72 μmol /( m2·s). For the other two varieties,Manaoxiangcui and Baihe,their diurnal variation showed "bimodal "curve,two peaks occurred at 11: 00 and 15: 00,with clear phenomenon of photosynthetic midday nap. The Pn of the leaves in six peony varieties was positively correlated with PAR. The highest light saturation point( LSP) of Baihe was 621. 74 μmol /( m2·s),and the lowest light compensation point( LCP) was 7. 47 μmol /( m2·s). In summary,the average daily net photosynthetic rates of six peony varieties are quite different,and photosynthetic capacity of Baihe is the strongest.
