摘　　要：《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(HJ 610—2016)聚焦于建设项目对地下水水质可能产生的直接影响,简化了程序,优化了方法,强化了环保措施,提高了科学性和可操作性。通过解读其主要条款修订原因与依据,提出了如敏感程度分区、污染源强等内容的操作建议,并结合执行过程中将可能出现的问题,提出了后期跟踪完善建议。Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment-Groundwater Environment { HJ 610-2016） focuses on the direct effecton groundwater quality by construction projects. The guidelines are more scientific and operational because they simplified the workingprocedure, optimized the methods, and strengthened the environmental protection measures. This paper interpreted the amending reasonand basis for main clauses, provided suggestions such as the sensitive degree partition and pollution source intensity, and put forwardamending plans for improvement and perfection of guidelines.
