摘  要:南海陵水区块X1井钻遇异常高压气层,地层孔隙压力大于上层管鞋处的破裂压力,钻井液无法平衡地层压力,造成上漏下喷。针对深水高压井负压力窗口固井技术难点,采用"防漏+快凝+自修复+缓凝挤堵"4段功能水泥浆技术和配套工艺,成功实现了带钻具注水泥塞对高压气层进行有效封堵的固井作业,可为其他深水高压井负压力窗口固井作业提供借鉴。An abnormal high pressure gas reservoir was encountered during drilling operation of Well X1 in Lingshui block in the South China Sea. The pore pressure of the reservoir is higher than the formation fracturing pressure at the above casing shoe, so the reservoir pressure-cannot be balanced by drilling fluid, resulting in kick(probably evolving to blowout)at the hole bottom and lost circulation in the upper section. Aiming at the technical difficulties in negative pressure-window cementing in high pressure deep water wells, four special functional cement slurry slugs were employed, i.e., “leak-proof slurry, quick-setting slurry, self-healing slurry and retarded slurry”. The cement slugs were effectively displaced into position and the high pressure gas reservoir was successfully blocked with drill string. The cementing technology will be a good reference for negative pressure-window cementing in other wells in the future.
