南宁市健康人群N末端B型利钠肽原水平的影响因素及正常参考范围的预测

摘　　要：目的 探讨南宁市城乡健康人群血浆N末端B型利钠肽原（NT-proBNP）水平及影响因素,并预测其正常参考范围。方法 南宁市城乡健康人群1087人,其中男性491人,女性596人,运用荧光免疫分析法检测血浆NT-proBNP。采取经验法估计NT-proBNP正常参考范围,分析影响南宁市城乡居民健康人群血浆NT-proBNP水平的因素。结果 性别、年龄及体重指数是健康人群NT-proBNP水平的影响因素（P〈0.05）。年龄〈75岁男性的NT-proBNP水平明显低于女性（P〈0.05）。年龄≥75岁时男女间NT-proBNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。男性〈45岁、45-〈55岁、55-〈65岁、65-〈75岁的正常NT-proBNP水平参考范围分别为7.7-86.6 ng/L、9.7-105.6 ng/L、11.7-127.2 ng/L、13.8-154.6 ng/L。女性〈45岁、45-〈55岁、55-〈65岁、65-〈75岁的正常NT-proBNP水平参考范围分别为9.5-108.5 ng/L、11.7-131.6 ng/L、14.3-159.6 ng/L、17.1-192.8 ng/L。结论 影响南宁市健康人群NT-proBNP水平的主要因素是性别、年龄及体重指数,根据以上影响因素建立健康人群NT-proBNP水平的参考范围有重要意义。Objective To explore the level and its influencing factors of N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide（ NT-pro BNT）in healthy population from urban and rural areas in Nanning,and to predict the normal reference range of NT-pro BNT level. Methods A total of 1 087 healthy individuals in urban and rural areas of Nanning were selected,including 491 males and 596 females. The plasma NT-proBNP was detected by fluorescence immunoassay. The normal reference range of NT-proBNP level was estimated by empirical method,and the factors that affected the level of NT-proBNP in the healthy population of urban and rural residents in Nanning were analyzed. Results Gender,age and body mass index were the influencing factors of NT-proBNP level in healthy population（ P〈0. 05）.For the individuals aged less than 75 years,the NT-proBNP level of the male was significantly lower than that of the female（ P〈0. 05）.There was no significant difference in the NT-proBNP level between the male and female aged 75 years or older than 75 years（ P〉0. 05）.The normal reference ranges of NT-proBNP level in the males aged 45 years,from 45 to 〈55 years,from 55 to 〈65 years and from 65 to 〈75 years were（ 7. 7- 86. 6） ng / L,（ 9. 7- 105. 6） ng / L,（ 11. 7- 127. 2） ng / L and（ 13. 8- 154. 6） ng / L respectively. The normal reference ranges of NT-proBNP level in the females aged 〈45 years,from 45 to 〈55 years,from 55 to 〈65 years and from 65 to 〈75 years were（ 9.5-108.5） ng/L,（ 11.7-131.6） ng/L,（ 14.3-159. 6） ng/L and（ 17. 1-192. 8） ng/L respectively. Conclusion The main factors affecting the NT-proBNP level of healthy population in Nanning are gender,age and body mass index. These influencing factors are important for establishing the reference range of NT-proBNP level in healthy population.
