摘 要:目的:讨论256层螺旋CT对左侧肾静脉的基本解剖及其临床学意义。方法:分析500例前来就诊患者的256层螺旋CT影像病例资料,评价左侧肾静脉解剖、变异及临床诊断学意义,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:肾血管显示清晰500例中458例正常者,42例变异,变异发生率8.4%,其中左肾静脉变异14例,右肾静脉变异28例,变异发生率2.8%和5.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:256层螺旋CT可清楚显示左肾静脉的影像特征,对肾脏移植,肾脏临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective: To study the anatomy of left renal vein and its clinical significance by using 256 slice spiral CT. Methods: The left renal vein imaging data of 500 patients with 256 slice spiral CT were retrospectively analyzed,and the left renal vein anatomy,variation and clinical significance were evaluated. Results: Renal blood vessels were clear in 458 cases,500 cases of normal persons,and 42 cases of variation. The variation of the incidence rate was 8. 4%. There were 14 cases of left renal vein variation,28 cases of right renal vein variation among the variation cases. Their variation rates were 2. 8% and 5. 6% respectively. The statistical difference of the two groups were significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: 256 slice spiral CT can clearly show the anatomy of left renal vein,which has important clinical significance for kidney transplantation and renal clinical operation.
