256层螺旋CT观测左肾静脉解剖研究及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:讨论256层螺旋CT对左侧肾静脉的基本解剖及其临床学意义。方法:分析500例前来就诊患者的256层螺旋CT影像病例资料,评价左侧肾静脉解剖、变异及临床诊断学意义,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:肾血管显示清晰500例中458例正常者,42例变异,变异发生率8.4%,其中左肾静脉变异14例,右肾静脉变异28例,变异发生率2.8%和5.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:256层螺旋CT可清楚显示左肾静脉的影像特征,对肾脏移植,肾脏临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective： To study the anatomy of left renal vein and its clinical significance by using 256 slice spiral CT. Methods： The left renal vein imaging data of 500 patients with 256 slice spiral CT were retrospectively analyzed,and the left renal vein anatomy,variation and clinical significance were evaluated. Results： Renal blood vessels were clear in 458 cases,500 cases of normal persons,and 42 cases of variation. The variation of the incidence rate was 8. 4%. There were 14 cases of left renal vein variation,28 cases of right renal vein variation among the variation cases. Their variation rates were 2. 8% and 5. 6% respectively. The statistical difference of the two groups were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： 256 slice spiral CT can clearly show the anatomy of left renal vein,which has important clinical significance for kidney transplantation and renal clinical operation.
