摘　　要：阴茎体外低能震波治疗(LI-ESWT)是近年出现的一种治疗男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的新方法。LI-ESWT具有促进新生血管形成的特性,可通过改善阴茎血流和内皮功能,起到治疗ED的作用。随着不同国家和地区的多个前瞻性临床试验,包括随机、双盲、安慰治疗对照试验(RCT)结果的公布,LI-ESWT治疗血管性ED的安全性和有效性已得到广泛认可。随着更大样本、多中心RCT试验的完成,LI-ESWT在未来ED治疗领域中将占据一席之地。Low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy （LI-ESWT） is a novel treatment for erectile dysfunction （ED）. With the property of angiogenesis, LI-ESWT acts on vasculogenic ED by improving penile hemodynamics and endothelial function. LI-ESWT is proved to be safe and effective in the treatment of vascnlogenic ED in various prospective clinical studies, including randomized, double-blind, and sham-controlled trails. With more multi-centered larger-sample randomized controlled trials, LI-ESWT will play a valuable role in the treatment of ED.
