摘　　要：目的:建立利用扫描电镜/能谱仪检验无碳复写纸的分析方法。方法:利用扫描电镜/能谱仪,对收集到的146个不同产地、不同单位使用的无碳复写纸样品进行检验。结果:依据无碳复写纸所含元素差异进行区分检验。结论:该检验方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于区分检验无碳复写纸物证。Objective： to establish a method for the discrimination of carbonless copy paper by SEM/EDS. Method： with SEM/EDS, 146 samples of carbonless paper from different using locations and users were discriminated. Result： according to the elements of CF layer, the samples were discriminated. Conclusion： this method has the advantages of good accuracy and repeatability, and can be used for discriminating material evidence with carbonless copy paper.
