摘 要:对钻塔进行了自由模态仿真分析和试验模态研究。通过相关性分析和MAC模态判定准则分析,验证了钻塔自由模态仿真分析结果与试验模态结果有很好的相关性,且不同阶次的模态之间相互独立。仿真分析技术相比于试验方法具有成本低、周期短等诸多好处,在仿真结果误差允许的范围内,仿真分析结果可以作为钻塔振动特性分析的参考依据,该方法对相关测试工作也具有重要的参考价值。Free modal simulation analysis and test modal research on the drilling tower were conducted. After correlation analysis and modal assurance criterion(MAC) analysis, the free modal simulation analysis results showed excellent correlation with the test modal research results, and the modality of various orders was independent from each other. Compared with test research, simulation analysis was characterized by such advantages as low cost and short cycle etc. Within the range of allowable simulation error, the simulation analysis results could be used as the reference of vibration characteristics analysis on the drilling tower. The method had important reference value for relevant test.
