摘 要:为降低装载机制动盘在环境恶劣和频繁制动的工况下的变形,以ZL50装载机制动盘为研究对象,了解制动盘的振动特性,运用有限元和静动态理论建立制动盘有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,并提出了制动盘改进方案。结果表明:改进后制动盘第1阶模态频率增加40.6 Hz,第2阶模态频率增加32.77 Hz,变形减小量约为原来变形量的10%,从而降低了制动盘的振动变形及疲劳破坏。In order to relieve the deformation of the brake disc of the loader in harsh surroundings and frequent braking state, the paper understood the vibration characteristics of the brake disc. And then, it took the brake disc of ZL50 loader as the research object, and built the finite element model of the brake disc. It also carried out modal analysis and offered improvement scheme for the brake disc. The results showed: the modal frequency of order one of the brake disc increased by 40.6 Hz, that of order two increased by 32.77 Hz, deformation reduction was about 10% of original amount of deformation. Thus, the vibration deformation and fatigue damage of the brake disc were relieved.
