摘 要:稳定性试验是保证气体传感器工作性能可靠的一项关键试验。在实际的测试中,依据标准实施的试验方法多种多样,试验安全性、效率和准确性参差不齐。为此针对常用的不同气体类型的传感器和测定器,介绍了一种稳定性试验的方法。该方法依托通风橱柜、转子流量计及调节阀等构成的测试装置,可同时最多对4台气体传感器进行校验和检定,并可同时采集4路气体传感器信号输出,适用于各类甲烷、氧气等非腐蚀性气体传感器、测定器的型式试验及出厂检验,同时具有操作简便、适用范围广、试验安全性和效率显著提高的特点,为保证煤矿安全生产提供了有效的技术保障。Stability test is a key test to guarantee the reliable operation of the gas sensor. In actual test, there are various test methods according to standards, and safety, efficiency and accuracy of the test were different. Therefore, in view of common sensors and testers suitable for various gases, the paper introduced a stability test method. With the test device composed of ventilation cabinet, rotor flow meter and control valve, no more than four gas sensors were tested and checked synchronously, and four output signals from gas sensors were collected synchronously. The method was suitable for the type test and ex-factory test of various non-corrosive gas sensors and testers such as methane and oxygen sensor, and was characterized by easy operation, wide application, safety and effectiveness etc. It offered effective technical guarantee for safe production in colliery.
