摘  要:为了探讨牛膝多糖(Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides,ABPS)结合耐力训练对部分肝切除(Partial hepatectomy,PH)大鼠骨髓增殖的影响,对经过28d游泳训练(Swimming training,ST)、灌胃ABPS的大鼠行2/3部分肝切除手术,观察术后大鼠的运动能力和骨髓细胞的形态和增殖情况.结果表明,游泳训练能够明显延长正常大鼠的游泳运动致力竭时间(P<0.01),降低骨髓细胞PCNA(Proliferating cell nuclear antigen)的表达.ABPS结合游泳训练能够明显延长PH大鼠的游泳致力竭时间(和PH+ST对比,P<0.01),使骨髓增生程度更活跃,有核细胞数增多,红细胞数量减少,促进了骨髓细胞PCNA的表达(和PH相比,P<0.01),使G2/M期和S期细胞均明显减少,G0/G1期增多(P<0.05).提示牛膝多糖结合耐力训练增强了大鼠在肝脏部分切除手术后的运动能力,逆转了耐力训练对骨髓细胞增殖的抑制作用.In order to investigate the effect of ABPS combined with swimming training on the proliferation of bone marrow cells in rats after partial hepatectomy,the adult wistar rats are performed with 2/3 partial hepatectomy after 4 weeks swimming training combined with 2and 4g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1) ABPS,then the athletic ability and the morphology and proliferation of the bone marrow cells are observed.The results show that the swimming training could prolong the swimming time to exhaust remarkably(P〈0.01),decreased the expression of PCNA.ABPS combined ST could also prolong exhaustive time(compared to PH +ST group,P〈0.01),the result of Wright-Giemsa stain show more accurately of bone cells hyperplasia,more karyocytes and lower RBC,enhanced the PCNA expression(compared with PH group,P〈0.01),and induce bone marrow cell gathered in G0/G1,decrease the cells in G2/M and S phase(P〈0.05).And no remarkable difference of morphology and histology is found between the ABPS+ST and SC(sedentary control)group.It implys that ABPS combined with ST can improve the athletic ability of PH rat,withstood the inhibition of proliferation of bone marrow cells induced by ST.
