摘 要:以九寨沟的芳草海、箭竹海和五花海优势沉水植物杉叶藻(Hippuris vulgaris)为研究对象,在夏季7月利用Junior-PAM调制叶绿素荧光仪,对其最大光化学效率(F_v/F_m)、实际光化学效率(Φ_(PSⅡ))、光化学淬灭(q_P)和非光化学淬灭(Q_(NP))日动态进行测定,以揭示杉叶藻的光合特征及其与主要环境因子的关系.结果表明,在3个湖泊中,五花海的水温(T_w)日平均值最高,但光合有效辐射(R_(PA))日平均值之间无显著差异.3个湖泊沉水杉叶藻的F_v/F_m,Φ_(PSⅡ)和q_P的日变化均呈"V"型曲线,而Q_(NP)的日变化均呈单峰曲线,Φ_(PSⅡ)随R_(PA)和T_w升高而降低,Q_(NP)的变化与Φ_(PSⅡ)相反.五花海沉水杉叶藻的q_P和Q_(NP)日平均值极显著高于其他2个湖泊,其通过增加光耗散尽量降低光抑制程度,具有更高光合能力和对强光的耐受能力.因此,五花海具有较高的水温,其适宜的温度对沉水杉叶藻的生长产生促进作用,表现出对当地环境更高的适应性.Chlorophyll fluorescence measurements are an effective tool for exploring plant adaptive strategies.In summer,a dominant submerged Hippuris vulgaris is selected in Jiuzhaigou to examine diurnal maximal quantum yield(Fv/Fm),effective quantum yield(ΦPSⅡ),photochemical quenching(qP)and non-photochemical quenching(QNP)in three lakes,namely Grass Lake(GL),Arrow Bamboo Lake(ABL)and Five Colored Lake(FCL).In order to investigate the photosynthetic characteristics and the effects between the main environmental factors.The results showed that the daily averages of water temperature(Tw)is significantly highest in three lakes,no significant differences are found in daily averages of photosynthetic active radiation(RPA)of submerged Hippuris vulgaris among the three lakes.In three lakes,Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡand qP of Hippuris vulgaris show a "V" type diurnal cycle.Submerged Hippuris vulgaris in three lakes shows a significant diurnal variation in QNP.In addition,the results also show that theΦPSⅡ decreased with increasing RPA and Tw.BothΦPSⅡ and QNP of submerged Hippuris vulgaris vary with RPA on a diurnal basis.The daily averages of qP and QNP of submerged Hippuris vulgaris in FCL is significantly greater than that of other two lakes,therefore it dissipates excess light energy depending on the increase of QNP,it is a plant with a strong photosynthetic capacity for acclimation to high light intensity.The findings suggested that high Twin FCL is good for growth of submerged Hippuris vulgaris,which indicated that it was more adapted to the local environmental.
