150例缺铁性贫血患者的血象分析

摘　　要：目的通过回顾150例缺铁性贫血的三系及铁蛋白,讨论缺铁性贫血的血常规及铁蛋白变化。方法回顾性收集150例门诊初诊缺铁性贫血患者及150名健康查体者,并对检查结果进行对比分析。结果缺铁性贫血患者红细胞、白细胞、铁蛋白较健康者均减低,P<0.05,血小板较健康患者升高,P<0.05。结论常规贫血患者三系常正常,但当合并白细胞、红细胞减少及血小板增多的血象不能忽视缺铁性贫血,且铁蛋白并不能很好地反映贫血严重程度。Objective By retrospective 150 iron deficiency anemia of tertiary and ferritin to discuss iron deficiency anemia of blood and iron protein changes . Methods Tetrospective analysis of 150 cases of newly diagnosed patients with iron de- ficiency anemia and 150 cases of healthy patients, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The patients with iron deficiency anemia, red blood cells, white blood cells, iron protein were lower than those of healthy patients, P〈0.05, platelets were higher than those of healthy patients, P〈0.05. Conclusion Routine anemia patients were normal, but when combined with white blood cells, red blood cells decrease platelets and increased blood can not ignore the iron deficiency anemia, and iron protein and not a very good response anemia severity.
