摘　　要：目的了解我院5-HT3受体拮抗剂应用现状与趋势,为促进该类药品合理使用及管理提供参考。方法对我院2013—2015年5-HT3受体拮抗剂的使用品种、用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额等进行分析。结果该院5-HT3受体拮抗剂以静脉注射为主要的给药形式,年销售金额、DDDs呈逐年上升趋势。结论我院5-HT3受体拮抗剂的使用基本合理,部分品种仍存在不合理使用情况,需加强用药监管,以促进其应用合理性。Objective Understand the trend and application status in our hospital agent 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, in order to promote the rational use of drugs to provide reference and management. Methods In our hospital during 2013-2015 5- HT3 receptor antagonist use variety, medication frequency （DDDs）, the amount of sales analysis. Results I 5HT3 receptor antagonist with intravenous injection as the main form of administration, the annual sales amount, DDDs increased year by year. Conclusion The use of 5HT3 receptor antagonists in our hospital is basically reasonable, there are still some varieties of irrational use of drugs, the need to strengthen supervision, to promote the application of rationality.
