摘 要:目的探究门诊西药房在加强管理措施以及引进数字化管理等措施后的变化。方法选取该院数字化管理前2013年7月—2014年7月为对照组,进行数字化管理后的2014年8月—2015年8月为实验组,对这两年门诊西药房账实符合率、药品判断时间和报损率进行比较和分析。结果实验组患者取药的等候时间,药品盘点时间以及报损率上明显低于对照组,而账实相符率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊西药房采取数字化等管理措施后,能够提高工作效率,降低西药的报损率,提高账实的符合率,并减少各种失误,提高了患者对该院治疗服务的满意度。Objective To explore the clinic pharmacy in measures such as strengthening management measures and the in- troduction of digital management of change. Methods To choose the hospital digitization management before July 2013 - July 2013 as the control group, after the digital management of August 2014 - August 2014 as the experimental group, the two years of outpatient pharmacy zhang real coincidence rate, drug judgment time and reported loss rate are compared and analyzed. Results The experimental group patients waiting time take medicine, medicine inventory time and reported loss rate significantly lower than the control group, and zhang real consistent rate is significantly higher than the control group, significant difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The outpatient pharmacy after digitalization manage- ment measures, to improve the work efficiency, reduce the reported loss rate of western medicine, improve the accuracy of the zhang, and reduce all kinds of error, improve the service satisfaction in patients treated in our hospital.
