深度学术不端中的“简单问题复杂化”现象探析

摘　　要：【目的】探析科技论文中"简单问题复杂化"这类深度学术不端行为,并提出防范措施。【方法】采用个例研究法、逻辑推理法、文献资料法及综合分析法,以大气科学论文中存在"简单问题复杂化"倾向的论文为例,分析这一现象的特点及产生的原因。【结果】"简单问题复杂化"这一深度学术不端在科技论文中的涌现,违背了科技应用和交流的真正目的,造成学术的不良影响和资源的极大浪费。【结论】建立责任心强专业素质高的编辑人才队伍,充分发挥审稿专家的专业所长和编委会的群体作用,建立学术不端案例的处理机制和培训,分工合作,严格把关,可有效防范这类深度学术不端行为,保证科技期刊的学术质量。[Purposes] This paper explores the phenomenon of making simple things complicated in scientific papers,analyzes its elusiveness and perniciousness,and proposes preventive measures.[Methods] Using the case study method,the literature review,the logic reasoning method and the synthesis analysis method,taking the meteorological scientific papers with the feature of making simple things complicated as examples,this paper analyzed the characteristics and causes of this phenomenon.[Findings] The appearance of this misconduct has misled the aims of scientific application and exchange,and produced negative impacts on academics and caused huge waste of resources.[Conclusions] Based on the study about this academic misconduct,and combined with authors＇ experience on editing,this paper concludes that it is important to construct the team of periodical talents with a strong sense of responsibility and speciality,make full use of the reviewers＇ speciality and group actions of the editorial committee,develop a training mechanism against the academic misconduct,share out the work and cooperate with one another,which can prevent this deepened academic misconduct.
